All the work is soft slab hand-built stoneware, impressed with many found items, and now mostly reduction-fired. The landscape pots/vases are inspired by walking the mountains, fells, woods and heathland, in all weathers and seasons. These pieces are decorated with oxides, coloured slips, dipped and poured glazes.

The hand-formed tableware - mostly platters and dishes - are decorated with loosely painted mono-print technique, employing coloured slips.

Sally practised as a Landscape Architect previously and became enthralled with ceramics when attending courses in the winter time, when not on the allotment. She now pots not just in the 'off season'.
